Solution Engineer
Your job is to make prospects feel like they already work with Dawiso.
Dawiso builds the data governance platform that enterprises actually use - data catalogs, business glossaries, interactive data lineage, and an AI Context Layer that makes sure AI agents actually understand what "revenue" means in your business.
We're looking for someone to own the technical story in every deal - from the first demo to the final "yes." You'll know the product inside out, translate that knowledge into presentations that land, and be the person prospects trust when they ask the hard questions.
What you'll do
- Own technical presales presentations and product demonstrations for prospects across a wide range of industries
- Tailor demos to what each prospect actually cares about, not a generic script
- Handle technical Q&A during evaluations and RFPs
- Work closely with sales to turn technical credibility into closed deals
- Help define a solid Solution Engineering framework that other colleagues can use
- Feed prospect and customer feedback back to product - you'll see patterns before anyone else does
- Know Dawiso in depth - every feature, every edge case, every "can it also do X"
Who we're looking for
- You can explain complex things - data governance, metadata management, AI context - simply, without dumbing them down
- You're comfortable being the technical voice in a sales conversation, not just support in the background
- You're curious enough to actually learn the product, not just the pitch deck
- Excellent presentation skills in English - you can hold a room (or a Zoom call) of technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Ability to work in a start-up environment where job descriptions are not set in stone and priorities shift quickly
Experience with data catalogs, metadata management, or SaaS presales is a plus - but genuine curiosity about data and a strong stage presence matter more than a specific CV line.
